I needed to initiate some of the communication as to the status of my vehicle. Pulled into parking lot with loaner vehicle to see they were finished. Customer service was outstanding.

Silver Lake did a great job inspecting our vehicle, diagnosing problems, and suggesting what issues needed to be addressed. Work was explained in advance and performed as promised. We love being long time customers.
Great service, needed a tire patch and it was very afforable

Very professional and timely. A joy to work with this company! I have used Silver Lake Auto on Capitol drive several times now and am very impressed with the service and timeliness of repairs. Sarah W in the front office/counter is super awesome and friendly and always strives to give me the best value and recommendations for repairs and spends time shopping for the best value on parts. My vehicle is running great and has passed the emissions test. I will always take my personal and company vehicles to Silver Lake Auto for repairs. Sarah & the team....keep up the great work!!
