I cannot recommend this Tire Warehouse location enough! Not only is this location easier to get in/out of traffic-wise, but it is customer service wise as well. They went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was issue-free, even going as far as alerting customers that they are a bit behind and to expect longer wait times. This was much appreciated when the alternative could have been them rushing to catch up, potentially causing damage/additional work. Emily, Sebastian the installer, and the Store Manager (?Sorry I don't remember his name) kept the experience stress free and were incredibly open with the customers. Sorry my comment about having tires did not show on my appt, causing unnecessary work/orders. Overall, this location is 10/10, staff, quality, and location!!

My experience at this particular store was not good. The manager up sold me on kumho tires I'm sorry I purchased. The ride is terrible. My alignment was off and had to bring back to correct. Then I found all 4 to be way over inflated. And I was missing all valve stem caps. I would recommend going to any other store in the area besides Somersworth.

I found the service to be excellent. I would highly recommend to anyone that they have work done or recommendations for work to be done. At Tire Warehouse full service shop. The staff is highly knowledgeable and offer honest feedback and advice. The service is excellent.

if I could leave no stars, I would do that because they don’t even deserve one star. The guy behind the counter is very rude and disrespectful. For starters a woman gave me a quote over the phone and when I got there, they were tacking on an extra $130. Very unprofessional

The Tire Warehouse is a great business. They are highly professional and listen carefully to what your needs are. They will make recommendations which are sound and appropriate. Great place to buy tires!
