Went in for my annual State inspection…prompt professional service as always, staff is always pleasant to deal with. My go to shop for all my vehicles for many years now!

I was glad to be able to have my truck seen promptly by the garage when needed, and staff were friendly. However, despite the fact that my early concerns about my truck sounded like they were transmission related (which a quick google search told me), staff did not mention that they don’t ever do work on transmissions. So, I had my vehicle towed there for diagnostics, but even their diagnostics were somewhat minimal and then they would not do any further work on the vehicle. They provided some suggestions to take it to a transmission shop or dealer, but noted there are few reputable places around. So, I had to have it towed somewhere else to be worked up AGAIN and fixed. They should have at least mentioned that the problem sounded like it could be transmission, and maybe they won’t be able to work on it, and then I could’ve eliminated that middle step of them looking at it for no benefit to me whatsoever. Very misleading and cost me money.

I was over all satisfied with the service but was really taken back at the cost of the oil change. I should have asked the price up front and that is my fault. I feel $61.99 for an oil change on my Santa Fe was a bit much! I have learned to ask first of the price of things!

Amazing people!! I didn’t expect to get a text with a comprehensive check. That was a pleasant surprise, even broken down into least concern to major concern. They were not only respectful but super kind and quite affordable for the work that needed to be done. I have gone to the express many times for oil changes and had great success. I’ll be continuing using both!!
