Car wouldn’t start. Brought it one place for diagnosis. They said it was something wrong were the battery wasn’t getting the charge. So we brought it to Nissan because that’s were we got the warranty and thought that’s where we had to go. They said nothing was wrong with it even though we were told something different. Then charged us 160 dollars for the diagnosis which would have been covered if something was wrong. But because they said nothing is wrong we have to pay it. Even though when the other place did a diagnosis they said there was something wrong. Will never bring a vehicle to this place again.

Absolutely AMAZING customer service! I had a severe issue with my vehicle and the owner (Ethan Clarke) along with the Sales Manager (Trevor Baker-Small) and Service Department (Jason, Denise) were all so fabulous in helping me with the repair. I've never seen such helpfulness and kindness in their response to my problem. Wow, just amazing. I'm overcome with emotion for what they did for me. I give them 10 stars for all of them!
