Had a flat that needed repair. They were short staffed and extremely busy but still was able to help me out and fix my tires in about a half an hour. Very appreciative and impressed how they did considering another store sent me away because they were short staffed.

I have to give a major shoutout to the manager Brad. He is the nicest guy and truly values customer service. I usually purchase from townfair but was enticed by a Black Friday deal at Monroe tire at BJs wholesale club. While the tires were a great deal and offered free installation, I quickly was reminded of the old saying you get what you pay for. I have 2 sets of rims and wanted to do a winter changeover while replacing my snow tires with the new ones I purchased. I get a call from BJs telling me they refused to take off my all seasons because they couldn’t get the lugs off and they “didn’t want to be held liable.” When I called them on it, their response was “well we’re not real mechanics”. LOL. What was supposed to be a quick installation and change over turned into a nightmare. I called townfair and Brad truly saved the day. While it was unclear why my lugs wouldn’t come off. Brad acknowledged that since they installed my all seasons originally, that they would take care of the change over for me. I drove over with my new tires that BJs refused to install, and my car was as in and out within 11 mins. Not to mention they were fully booked but were kind enough to squeeze me in. If that doesn’t say customer service, idk what does. I also requested an alignment as well and he was honest and said that my car was perfectly aligned and nothing was needed. I ended up spending no money, and they took care of me anyway. BJs really caused me some major frustration but Brad and the townfair team took care of me and saved the day. I’m not gonna mess around and will just take care of all my tire needs here from now on. To Brad and the townfair tire team, you have my sincerest thanks and you have a customer for life.

I unfortunately got a flat tire 10 minutes before closing... The kind gentleman on the phone said to come right in! They fixed my car and showed me kindness still exists in this world. Thank you again!

Great service and they were able to get my tires on a day early

Found out I had a nail in my tire and Emily fit me in last minute. She was also able to help with a last minute alignment which otherwise would have been a separate trip. Great customer service!
