A1 service. A manager with lots of experience who knows his stuff. Can and will make you smile/laugh! There have been issues in my experiences with many other local shops. Never this one. I highly recommend them!

Amazing service! I had a nail in two of my tires and brought in my car on a Saturday and it was all fixed within 15 minutes. Joe really cares about his clients and he will go out of his way to take care of you and make sure you are satisfied with the work. My boyfriend went to this location to get his new tires put on and his truck lifted, as we live close by, and by a stroke of luck he found Joe. I truly have never experienced such quality service and care at any other auto shop before. I would highly recommend Joe and the rest of the team to anyone. He has gained two customers for life!

Joe is an honest, salt of the earth kind of guy who will go above and beyond to make sure that you get what you paid for and that before any vehicle rolls out of his shop, the customer is satisfied. Prices are going to be fairly standard across the industry for parts and labor - the difference is in service. The customer service by Joe and the rest of the technicians earns an A+. They are patient, answer any questions you may have, and are kind. Having work done on my truck at this shop has exceeded my expectations and they have earned my family’s business moving forward.

Ran over a nail and needed a quick repair, so went to my usual shop - VIP in Rochester. In spite of spending thousands over there in the last few years, they told me - I would have to come back tomorrow. For a 10 minute plug job. Next. Called Tire Warehouse and Emily answered and said "come right in, we will take care of you". They literally had me on the lift in 5 minutes, and 30 minutes later was on my way with a new patch, tire rotation and a new synthetic oil chanage. Joe the manager is a great guy and runs a fantastic shop. VIP lost a customer and thanks to Emily and Joe, Tire Warehouse just gained a new one. Thanks again.
