The staff went above and beyond their call of duty and were very helpful and informative. I was able to get my air strut suspension replaced to my Mercedes and state inspection done with upmost, courtesy, and respect.

I brought my ID.4 in with a screw in the tire. The woman at the front desk was incredibly helpful and even researched the proper way to lift the vehicle (since EVs can be tricky). Everyone there was super friendly and they got me in right away and fixed the tire in no time. Thank you so much!
