Accommodating and efficient!
charged me $1000 to work on my car and then told me afterwards that it wasn't worth putting much more money into. My car almost died on the way home due to the battery all of a sudden being drained, as it must have been sitting with a light on or something. I only went here because it was recommended and they were the only close ones who could work on this problem, but I will not be going there in the future with this or any other car I happen to get.

May 16, 2024Very sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with your experience Jackie. Your vehicle was towed to us after 2 other shops could not perform the engine repair in your SUV. The job was quoted and approved by you and your parents who assisted with the repairs. We did also email your parents a detailed report of other items on the vehicle of concern. We were instructed to "just get the vehicle running." The repair to your engine was the only repair performed and no other issues were addressed. The vehicle did then proceed to sit for an extended period on our lot before being picked up. I have reached out to you with no response, please give me a call at 603-365-4146 to discuss this matter further as we strive to give every customer an excellent experience. -Dustin
These guys are great, took care of my truck issue that no one else wanted to do. Very professional and job done right!

Have used the specialist a few times most recently for an escalated situation. Melissa was amazing as a contact always keeping me informed and the pricing for the repairs was much less than the competition. Very satisfied!!!
