The lady at the parts counter didn't want to do her job and was rude. Didn't seem like she knew what she was talking about either

Thank you!! Thank you!! My father is handicapped and we didn't notice that a tire valve was broken until we were filling tires to leave on a Sunday morning just as we were attempting to get into the wheelchair van. On our way to another place (who called and cancelled ten minutes after making an appointment), VIP in Merrimack was our only hope. The technician came out and helped my husband get back on the road quickly and safely so we could get to our destination. Thank you so much!! Highly recommend !!

I had an amazing experience recently at VIP. The manager, Alissa, was truly amazing to watch. She manages the shop very well and is hands on and involved in every repair. Get customer service was top notch. VIP is very lucky to have her!

The people who work here are nice and polite. They patched my tire for free since I bought my tires there but when they did my oil change, they didn't put the cap on all the way. They also forgot to put the engine cover on underneath my car and it fell off on the highway. Bottom line, it's a good place to get tires and parts but I wouldn't recommend oil changes or other repairs.

I have been a customer at this location for a couple years, and received good service. The tire pressure light is on, and since I have the tire protection plan, I came in May 1, 2024 at 10 am, telling Donald I need to be at work at 1pm. He said it will be ready on time. Nathan who was polite and helpful, showed me a nail was in the tire, couldn't be repaired.I was advised by Donald the tire is not in stock and he is driving to Manchester to p/u. He assured me it would arrive in time for me to leave. 45 minutes later he leaves to pick it up. Long story short, my car was not ready for me to be at work on time. I was 45 minutes late, this could have been avoided if Donald left promptly to pick up the tire. I will think twice about returning to this location.
