Similar to every appointment I have had there in the past, The Specialists Automotive and Truck continue to provide the best service in the business. I won’t take my car anywhere else.

Professionalism and helpfulness out of this world. Had a flat with lugs I simply could not get off on my own, was lucky enough to break down next to these guys. AAA was asking for 3 hours for assistance, the specialists came out, got my tire off, into the shop, examined, patched and back on my car in less than half an hour. Staff was kind, informative and beyond helpful. Warmed up with a coffee in the lobby, got back out to my car and was back on the road in no time. This is what small business should be like, excellent job from everyone involved.

Melissa was great with answering all of my questions, went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was well taken care of, got my car back earlier than expected with no issues.

Highly recommend this shop, I've been here twice once for a knock sensor on my Tacoma, then had brakes and 80,000 mile service done on my wife's RAV4 top notch service. Never felt pressured to do any extra work other than what I requested and the quality of work is great. Next time you need work definitely give this shop a try you won't regret it. Keep up the great work guys.

I called and asked for a quote for a new transmission, I just wanted a price,I knew it was my transmission that needed to be fixed,anyways they go thru my car come up w a bill for 6 k and 1 charge was 58.00 for wipers,( really!! Anyways I went and got the job done for 3 k, so I def would look elsewhere, ow ya they charged me 148.00 to tell me my transmission was broke, really nice people,talk about a kick the groin,transmissions are not cheap, and too charge someone for something I all ready knew is dirty af, it's sad that these places do stuff like that,

Your vehicle was towed in and immobile, we had our technicians perform the testing and diagnostics necessary to determine your transmission had failed internally and we recommended replacement. This was the charge incurred. As with all vehicles we performed a courtesy digital vehicle inspection, this provides our customers full transparency as to the condition of the vehicle, and all issues noted with the vehicle were included in your quote. We believe this is important, particularly in a situation such as this to help our customers determine if a vehicle is worth investing money into a high dollar repair. I’m sorry you did not find value in our service but glad to hear you were able to get the car repaired. I have been to many auto repair shops and none of them compare to The Specialist. Top notch mechanics who are able to diagnose challenging repairs. Most importantly when the repairs are done I feel safe with my vehicle back on the road. Thank you again!
