Always great service. Easy to make appointments and honest about what work needs to be done. Never had a complaint at all. I have 2 used vehicles I get serviced here and 1 new.

The Specialists *saved* our RV trip with their excellent and timely service. We were 5 weeks into our trip and 3,000 miles from home (with 4 dogs) when the engine started running rough and the engine light came on. All the other shops we called said it would be a week or more before they could see us - maybe two weeks for a repair. The Specialists got us in for diagnostics the same day we called - a Monday. They gave us hope they could fix it by later in the week. Well, that's not what they did. THEY FIXED IT THE SAME DAY. An ignition coil replacement and plug change and we were back on the road. !!! THE SAME DAY !!! We cannot thank them enough for their care and professionalism.

Only place I'll take my vehicles while I live in this area. Shop does great work, reasonable prices, honest, and some of the best customer service I have ever received.

Wow! I've honestly never experienced a level of customer service from an auto shop like I did with The Specialists. From the first call to pickup, they were great! They diagnosed and repaired an electrical issue with my '19 C7 ZO6 and handed her back running 100%. I would recommend to anyone!

The team here is top notch, from excellent customer service to diagnostics and repair. They got me assessed, parts ordered and repaired in no time at all. Having my truck down is a major loss for me and they took pride in getting me back on the road as promptly as possible. Highly recommend this shop.

I have started to use the Specialists for a little over a year now, and have been more than happy with the service. Melissa is excellent to work with and has always accommodated us, even when we were brand new customers. They follow up promptly, provide excellent advice and good work. We called them in a panic one day to get the AC fixed before a 90 + degree day last year and they found a bad o-ring...that's it. They got the part that day and fixed it. I know other places would have just thrown a new compressor and lines at it and charged us. We will be repeat customers for sure.
