My F-150 went in for a major exhaust repair The specialist automotive company stayed within their quote and repair was done very quickly . Very pleased with the service .all is good

Work was done correctly after identifying the under lying issue. Service and communication was great as always. As I mentioned to them at the shop, the billing/invoice system could be tweaked just a bit though. The invoice only gives the customer a total $ amount per work item. My suggestion was the invoice should breakdown the cost of parts AND also labor and then the total cost. This in turn would keep the customer better informed. I will continue to be a repeat customer though! Thanks again!

I had my oil changed for the first time here yesterday and was very happy with my service. The price was amazing and the staff were helpful and very friendly. Waiting area was clean and had comfortable seating.

The Specialist is where my wife and I take our vehicles. They are always professional and make sure it is the right repair everytime. They do not replace parts thinking it will fix the problem, but know what the issue is and complete the repair in a timely manner.

They quickly repaired a bad hood latch sensor and dealt with the warranty company so I didn’t have to do a thing! Did a service and inspection and had great communication through the whole process. I would recommend them to everyone!

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They were very helpful in providing me with a car while mine was being repaired, so I could get to work.
