Dana was great. Scheduled a week prior for 8:00 am. Tech didn’t get there until 9:00 to do work but Dana was up front and let us k is what was happening. He is a people person and has the right job sitting up front scheduling. Seems that the techs come in when ever they please and the customer pays the price. All and all they did a great job when they did the work

Dave and his staff were very friendly and helpful! We really appreciate the professionalism and honest opinions with our vehicle issues! We will always come back for future services and highly recommend Pep Boys to all of our friends and family!! I’m from Philadelphia and actually lived at 48th st in Philadelphia and always went to the very first Pep Boys store and I know that they would definitely be proud of how Dave and his staff represent the Pep boys culture!

Visiting from delaware and had an emergency . An employee came out and got us squared away immediately and efficiently with no appointment. We were back on the road with only a 5 minute delay and no dragging muffler. Outstanding customer service!
