Discovering my son's inspection had expired, Pep boys was the only place available on Sunday to see us. Nate, the front desk clerk, kept us updated and informed throughout the whole process. Very appreciative! Great customer service!

Best experience I could have asked for. They had gone up and beyond for me. Instead of making me wait till the next morning they offered to do my tires right then and there.
