Needed new tires, ordered on Monday didnt have them in stock. Called me Monday PM, will have them, come in for installtion Wednesday 12:30 PM. Travelled an hour to get there at 10:30 AM asked if they could take me early, couldnt do it, understandable…Did some shopping, got back to dealership at 12:30, gave them all our info, will be 2 hours or more maybe. Great restaraunt next door, went for lunch…15 minutes later got call…Tires not delivered…Yahoo…What a joke…offered other tires…

Wonderful service. Everyone was really nice and professional. I had a question after it was serviced, they promptly took my car in to look. I very much enjoy going to State Motors, they are friendly, happy and a pleasure to do service .

I just had my car inspected and a few extra things done at State Motors Lincoln and the service was excellent. The service staff were very friendly and helpful when I had questions about my car. I would highly recommend using them.

We had the car picked up at 9:00 AM with the expectation of it being returned in the early afternoon instead it was after 5 making my wife stay late at work. On top of that the price for an oil change was double what we were quoted. My understanding was they took $50 off the price making this a $250 oil change. I find that to be an outrageous price

The service was good, but I was upset to learn that they charge an additional 3% for using a credit card. I wish they had advised of this when I made the appointment as I could have brought a check with me. They charge a premium for Lincoln service and to nickel and dime on a credit card service fee is not good. I live in Concord and go out of my way to go to Manchester for Lincoln service, but from now on I may just take advantage of the many service options in Concord.
