Excellent service. All work that was performed was explained by the service manager. Very efficient, the work was completed and car washed and ready to go in a short period of time. I received a follow up call the next day to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction.

I love going to Lincoln State Motors. Their service is excellent, fast and efficient. Everyone is kind and they’re not pushy, you leave knowing you’re getting great service.

Great customer service (thanks Gary). Only issue was with tire rotation, tech stated lug nuts were swelling and too tight. They were the ones that last tightened lugs when I got new tires. Also tire pressure not checked and tires had different psi while driving home, not a big deal but should have part of the service.

Service Dept is very good in terms of time to perform vehicle service. They don’t always have an answer in terms of recalls repairs and repair components deliveries.

Excellent service, on short notice. I had my second low beam failure in a month, but this time, more than the bulb needed to be replaced. And I was heading out of town the next morning. A new socket needed to be soldered in. Jon in Service got me in that afternoon and I was on my way. Thank you State Motors!
