Great customer service, always a breeze to make an appointment, and even you show up to drop off its super fast. They are efficient and courteous, and remember customers names. This is our first lincoln and we will be sticking with them and this dealer because we have had nothing but positive experiences (it was not this case with our old car at another luxury dealership in town) night and day!

Awful experience! Do yourself a favor, take your car to Autofair Ford…the person I dealt with at State Motors was dishonest and discourteous.

Mar 23, 2024Martin, we were happy to take care of your inspection for your newly acquired vehicle you recently purchased out of state. During the inspection process, our service writer did inform you that your washer fluid would not spray, and is a required element of NH state inspection. She informed you of our hourly rate, and told you we would need to diagnose the problem to determine if it needed a motor, reservoir or other. She did inform you if we found it within the hour that you would only be charged for one hour of diagnose, or less if found sooner. After consultation with her, you instructed her to move forward as you need it performed for state inspection. We did find that the prior owner/dealer or operator filled the reservoir with a foreign substance causing it to congeal. We offered to show you the substance we had found out at the vehicle in the service department but you declined and were informed we would need to order a new pump along with lead time which was one day. After reviewing the invoice with our service writer, we apologize for any miscommunication that was misunderstood up front where she told you we would need to diagnose the problem and there for be an hourly fee for doing so, we did try to help and lower the rate for you to employee pricing. We did this to save you money for the misunderstanding.
Friendly and quality service. Stand behind their work. They have serviced my vehicles for over 20 years.

I love this dealership, they are very kind. Only thing I would say is that they need to have a little more attention to detail in the shop. Transfer from service desk to mechanic and back can be a little challenging and not everything requested gets completed.
