Always professional and competent. Only complaint is that there was a recall on the vehicle that I didn't remember and State found. They had to correct it but didn't let me know it would delay the process.

Super helpful and accommodating. Everybody there from the owner to the technicians were helpful and willing to go above and beyond. I would recommend State Motors to anybody who is looking for a car or for service.

The entire Service Department was top notch! I will never bring my vehicle anywhere else, everyone is so kind, knowledgeable and will do anything they can to help you out! Plus they also wash my Lincoln! Thank you so much State Motors!

Always a pleasant experience at State Motors. Staff is thoughtful and friendly. They don’t pressure me for services I don’t want. Chris is the salesman that sold me my Corsair and he was so kind and did not pressure me. I have always taken my Lincolns to State Motors for service because of this and will continue.

Work was done well I just wished they had mentioned when I made my appointment that they charge 3% if you pay by credit card. Cash, check, or debit they don’t charge for. I was 160 miles from home. Who carried checks with them? And who has 1200 cash on them and I don’t carry my debit card. It’s ANNOYING. But they did inform me when I made my 80000 appointment that they planned on charging me $75 fir a loaner car for the day. I clarified when I arrived that, no, they were not charging me. I just wish they would figure out the talk track.
