I always believe I am receiving honest recommendations from the service department at Grappone. I especially like the filming of inspections of my vehicle and trust the time lines I am offered for scheduling the service. The staff in the service department is focused on the customer/vehicle. They are friendly and helpful whenever I interact with them.

I count on Grappone as my trusted partner for vehicle service. We use both Honda and Ford service with the same great results. Their communication is great and they provide vehicle videos allowing us to see why the technicians is seeing. This gives a clear picture of any issues and also builds an even stronger level of trust. Highly recommend.

Once again, my technician was Rocco and once again he did a great job. He explained everything with great detail so I could understand. He was very willing and open to hearing me explain as best I could. Hopefully in the future, I can continue to get him as a technician, but on top of that, GRAPPONE has always treated me well and with respect!

Our experience with Grappone Honda service was great at all levels. Friendly and attentive, communicated through whatever medium is convenient and timely. They were competitive in pricing and we were relieved to get all the work done at one place and quickly! Their videos they send for review along with what they suggest to work on are next level! I love Grappone Honda! I’ve been a customer for many years and will continue to be one. Everyone is very nice, friendly, professional and eager to help. With that said though, I have to mention that for whatever reason every time I swap my tires, when I get home my “low tire pressure” indicator comes on. I’ve been able to put in some air on my own but it is a little annoying that it kind of became a thing every time I get this service. Other than that, they are great!

I had an inspection and an oil change. Everyone was awesome! Answered all of my questions politely. I also spoke to the parts department about getting floor coverings...the young man was so patient (I asked a zillion questions) and helpful. Quite impressive! And, I ended up ordering floor coverings. You should be very, very happy with your employee's. I think they go above and beyond to help your customers out. Janet Young
