I always get excellent service and treatment at Grappone Honda. I would not consider going where else to have my 2017 Ridgeline serviced, which I also purchased from Grappone Honda. When it comes time to get a new Ridgeline Grappone Honda is where I will get it

My Honda CRV needed and oil change and an inspection. When they asked for my current registration, I didn’t have it. They wouldn’t be able to give me the inspection sticker without a current Registration which meant I had to drive all the way home to get it. They told me they could complete the inspection and oil change and I could come back with my registration to get the sticker, which is what I did. I really appreciate the fact that they could service my car without making me schedule an appointment for a different day. Thank you, Grappone Honda!

Everyone is always so pleasant! We especially like Mike at check in. We asked for front end alignment to be checked as well as winter tire removal. Mike gave us the estimate and we waited for the work to be done. When finished we were impressed to find the alignment was perfect and didn’t need to be done! Such an honest business! Very impressed.

I was very pleasantly pleased with Grappone Honda service from beginning to end.I'm one who usually does my own work but this time I couldn't. It's was simple and straight forward scheduling the service, Kyle did a fantastic job, sent me a thorough video on the entire car and let me know when the car was ready. When I picked up the car I was in and out within minutes. Great great experience and gives me relief that I go back in the future. Thank you for your great service. Sincerely Jim Mac
