The talented team at Grappone Honda in Concord is tops in customer service! Easy to set and get convenient appointments and professional and helpful staff throughout. They keep me informed about my car and I appreciate the personalized video review of my car’s overall condition at service appointments. Just great to do business with!

Had a dead battery this morn. Called AAA, got jump start. They offered a battery for $199.00.They waited while I called Grappone's. I got much better deal with Service Dept.Becky was very helpful with getting info for me. They fit me in and did a LOF that was due .I was a very grateful, happy customer !

Not a huge fan of this place. Will only go for warranty related work. I’ve had my belongings damaged when employees needed to access the spare. I’ve had work recommended without explanations as to why it’s needed and I’ve only been told after asking a bunch of questions that it isn’t actually necessary. Brought my car in for a tire leaking air to be told there wasn’t anything wrong only to bring it back a week later to be told there was a big dent in the rim. Overall, I don’t trust the employees here.
