Its extra money to straighten a steering wheel when they do an alignment!!! That should be part of an alignment. Service advisor is a scam artist. Tells me 200 to do an alignment then once alignment is done and you go to pay its $370 because the steering wheel was off center. How are you gonna adjust toe and not straighten a steering wheel after. Absolute scam shop. Worst part is after i left my truck still pulled hard to the right. Alignment tech probably just bumped the machine to get print off to be within spec.

The guy at the counter is a good and business guy, but there was a guy, maybe the manager who didn't show respect for me. He just mistreated me . I feel it was because I am a blackman. Will never go to a place. I'm not valued

These guys know there stuff, great place to go and the coffee is good! I use their non commercial shops for my personal vehicle as well. They are more knowledgable and don't lead you on in a negative respect.

Great customer service and fast with tire swap this place is HUGE! First come service is very convenient as well
