The store was good and the service writer was good but my van smelled like pot when I went to get in

The guys at Firestone are always great. I appreciate Aaron going above and beyond to help me out and make sure my car was safe to drive on the road

They have always been nice & do good work and are about the same price as other places I have been. I had an oil change this time.

Dropped my vehicle off & showed them the coupons I had came back the next day to pick it up & they did not preform the oil change & $9.99 car care package I had shown them coupons for. They did a synthetic oil change & none of the car care package. Charged way more for the synthetic oil change. They also sloppily stuck the next oil change sticker on top of the old 1 on the windshield & did not even reset the oli change notification on my car!

I've been to so many different fire stones, I've been to handsfull of firesotnes all over the United States and I can personal say the crew today when I just brought my car in (charger) is one of the best ran , nothing but good vibes , and cool people! Made my dad stopping by!

Have been using Firestone for the last two years for oil changes and new tires. Always kind and courteous. Like the fact, we can drop off the night before and pick up when we get off work the next day.

My daughter just called the store on maize road and asked a simple question about the location of the part needing replaced. His response was and I quote " I'm not a genius and I do not know that off the top of my head". He was genius enough to know the amount that it would cost to do the work but does not know where the part is located? Could he have found out without the sarcasm? Not what I would call a professional in working with the public...

Unfortunately the staff here is not very friendly or helpful. I'd recommend looking elsewhere. I've had much better experiences with Discount Tire and Christian Brothers Automotive, both of which are close to this Firestone location.

I brought my tires from Firestone with the additional tire care package. I just went in because one of the tires was not staying up. I think that I have a nail in the tire. They just told me that they would not have time to look at the tire until late next week. Poor service.

Aaron was great he was up front and honest. Greg was great too he was very professional. Those too took the worry out of any sticker shock. I have always used Firestone and I will continue to use them for all my auto repair needs.
