Even if I have a problem with how my car was fix, I no Firestone will fix it. So glad to see Don is back. He's so pleasant.
Im very happy and satisfied with the service Firestone always provide for my Jeep Grand Cherokee... they're so friendly and service is the best by far!
The guys here are honest and are always super friendly and easy to work with. They always do really good work for reasonable cost as well. Only place I go these days to have our vehicles serviced and worked on!

Our vehicles are always repaired correctly and timely.
Walked out after spending 1300USD...I went in for an oil change and alignment check. Testing out vehicle but so far so good. They applied discounts to my totals to help me out. Update: woke up this morning to a flat tire. Stopped at Firestone around 7am, gave them the tire (I took it off before going). I called around 10:30am, was told it would be ready within the hour.... called back around 3:30pm. My tire was still in the front lobby where I dropped it off. I was waiting on the tire to travel to Hutchinson, but I was told the didn't have any cancellations so my tire kept getting pushed back. I guess if you have a flat and don't have an appointment, don't go to Firestone. Adjusting my stars!! Don is back, he is the consummate professional!!

Time frame has no meaning to this company. You would think a higher vehicle rate would make them money but the employees don't like working. Also don't make appointments they don't stick to the schedule.

Job done right the first time at a resonable cost. Done quickly too!
They are all so friendly and great work. Barry is the BEST would highly recommend.
