The people are friendly, but- 1. I called around to find a place who could look at my van that day and make an effort to fix it that day because I needed it the next day for a trip. They said they could so I had it towed there. Hadnt heard from them so I called at closing time and they hadn't looked at it. 2. The next day they gave me an estimate to fix it that was more than double what Avenue Auto was able to do it for. So, it was cheaper to tow it again to the other mechanic than to have Anderson fix it. 3. They charged $150 for the diagnosis, plus the rental cost, plus two tows, and all of that was cheaper than having them fix my van. Nice people but insanely expensive.

May 11, 2024Deidra, repairs are typically more expensive when performed by factory certified and trained technicians rather than a mom and pop shop as we have invested both time and money into training our technicians. All repairs carry Ford’s certified parts warranty, which are good at any Ford dealership across the country. We hope your van was able to be repaired. Have a nice day and drive safe.
All went well. Kelso Klein helped us tremendously with our new Ford Explorer purchase. We highly recommend Kelso.
