Just had collision repair on my car..They did a stellar job!! Not only that, they cleaned up all of the dog hair in my back seat!! So a big thank you to the guys that put my car back together, and to Hillary and Colton!! I greatly appreciate the great service!!

Overpriced on labor, 60% was labor costs. Wrong impression when they recommended a “tune up”. They only changed the spark plugs and charged me $400. Do not recommend going to the dealership for simple work.

The Service Technician’s at Anderson Ford, Quick Lube in St. Joseph, MO are Great!!! They got my Truck right in for an Oil Change, topped off the fluids, checked the tires, Safety the Vehicle!! I was ready for my Road Trip!!! I would like to Thank the Service Techs + Crew for their Professional Care for my Truck, they’re Top Notch Service, fun n friendly atmosphere!!! Thanks again!!! I but new tires and I was told by them that I had to have new wheels that might wheels were bad. So I brought it to Anderson Ford to have them take a look at them to see what it would cost for new wheels. Come to find out my wheels are fine they just didn't know how to balance them. And then my back brakes was also bad metal on metal which I was not told by them. Overall Anderson Ford took care of me and I am a very happy customer and I will be going back to Anderson Ford
