I apologize to Anderson for dealership for my comments they were very helpful and understanding and I believe they always do good work and are very professional with their customers they have remedy my problem and I will continue to use this service always

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! They sold me a 2015 suv and I didn’t even get 800 miles on it before it died!!! The service shop said it needed a new engine and there was no oil in the car! Even though when I bought it, they said they had just done a ton of repairs and tune-ups despite it being a perfectly fine car. They then took 1 1/2 months to “fix” it in their service shop & refused to buy the car back from me. I just wanted my money back. I do not want this freaking car that’s had about everything in it replaced and has a broken console. They sold me a broken car that had just enough juice left to get me around for a week. If I could give this place 0 stars, even negative, I would.
I have used their services several times and always have a great experience. They always get me in quickly, never have I had to return for anything and usually ends up being less in cost than the original estimate.

In for oil change yesterday for my daughter's car and rock shield underneath is just hanging down. This is the second time this has happened. She does not live close so not easy to just bring it back. Guess I will be climbing under it again.

We were going to offer you some money back for the inconvenience, but we were never given the chance as you hung up. We do apologize for the experience and we have spoken to the tech to ensure it will not happen again.
