Andersons let me down with this issue. Had the ac worked on twice last summer and it was dead again this spring. Spoke to the service manager asking how after spending over $900 still didn't work. His only offer for help was a free diagnostic appointment to find the problem. After that he said it'd be about $1500 this time. We declined and left after paying $92 for our free diagnostic appointment.

May 4, 2024Anna, the shrader valves in your Mustang were replaced last year (2023) in August. Now your condenser is leaking, which is a totally separate issue. As service manager Eric explained to you if we needed to add Freon, you would have to pay for it as Freon is incredibly expensive. Your diagnostic was free the $92 you paid was for freon that was added while the tech was checking for leaks since the A/C was blowing hot air. Eric was nice enough to not charge you the diagnostic fee of $150 and he marked the freon down as low as he possibly could trying to help you out, but you declined repairs stating you were unable to pay for the condenser to be replaced. To replace the condenser is $1109.42 before taxes not $1500. Our team went above and beyond to try and help you and you go online and blast us. You are more than welcome to have your Mustang serviced elsewhere. Have a nice day.
Brought my car in with no appointment because it started running rough, they looked at it and were even able to fix it that day while I waited. I'm very happy with that...kinda on the expensive side but isn't everything now days! I wouldn't hesitate to take my car there again for work.
