Told Tom the vehicle I was brining in was my 16 years olds first car, Asked if he could go thru it thoroughly, he said he never found anything wrong but oil change and a few maintenance items, went to pick it up, he double charged me for the new wiper blades, no communication after asking him twice and it’s even on the invoice I was given. Biggest problem is he never even drove the vehicle. Good looking at for our kids and their safety. One would think they would take 5 minutes to drive the vehicle and see if their experience finds anything for a brand new driver. Sad
