My car was backed into making repairs necessary. I am going to be honest when I specify I am unsure if the issue has been with progressive, however my car has been sitting in their lot for just shy of a month at the time of this review and as of today parts have not even been ordered. For context they have been working with progressive to get the approved cost (which I had once believed to be completed when I called over a week ago where they falsely said that parts have been ordered). Today when I called for an update they said that they were still working with progressive to get approval. My frustration comes from the lack of communication, as I have never once got an update without calling, and the updates I have been given have been contradictory and as far as I can tell untrue. My 2nd complaint again to be honest has to be clarified could be progressives fault but it should not take a month to get payment figured out for a repair. I am writing this review to hopefully get the process sped up with Gerber and hopefully get an explanation for their poor communication and costumer service. At the time of this review it has been almost a month since I dropped my car off and no progress has been made.

Said they would call every Tuesday and Thursday and didn't so my vehicle sat with only 2 repairs from a wreck and they never informed me of anything until I called them

A lady hit me. Her insurance company asked me to go to Gerber, so I obliged. After they inspected my car, I waited a couple days for a bid. Nothing happened. I called Gerber and they told me to call the lady's insurance company. Gerber lied to her insurance company. I called Gerber back and they lied to me. Then I called the lady's insurance company back and asked them to call Gerber on a 3way phone call. Gerber was caught lying red handed. The two lady's running Gerber are very dishonest people. What started out as a simple repair has now turned into a mess. Monday I will have to hire an attorney to work with her insurance company. Gerber seriously damaged our relationship. Terrible management. They obviously have the insurance companies best interest and work for them. You've been advised...

I have had body work done on my vehicle here more than once, in Riverside, AND in St Joe....both locations offer top notch work in a reasonable time! Ill never go elsewhere!
