Don’t waste your time or money. Liars - we had an 8am appointment for our RV and was told it would take 45 minutes. Called morning and afternoon for 3 days. One time they said it was next in line for the bay and 24 hours later when we called they said it was in the bay. Which was another lie because we drove by and it was still sitting. Corporate vehicles were being placed ahead of ours while they lied for 3 days. It severely impacted plans we had made. We had called a week ahead and made an appointment. Price was 3x what they quoted. Just be honest folks then I can decide whether I want to do business with you. Ridiculously poor experience. And I don’t want a response from Laird about how you want to make it right. You had every opportunity for 3 days and you lied. UPDATE - Although they responded here, we still haven’t heard from them. And the belt they needed that would take 7 days was readily available at Napa. SMH

Great service- fast, efficient, and friendly! Colby Speck arranged service to my home and Billy came out and had my daughter’s car running again within about 15 minutes (it needed a new battery). I will use the mobile service in the future when needed- highly recommend!
