Nice customer service but terrible car service. Had to bring my car back immediately b/c of a rattling sound they blamed on their previous technician using wrong sized parts, fixed it by just sticking some washers on my brakes, and found out later from my dealership shop that they failed to reconnect my parking brake correctly. A large amount of money and several hours' time wasted.

Had a terrible experience. Was out about $750 when it was all said and done. They will lie. Ask for all your old parts if they claim to be replacing anything.

Went to get a oil housing gasket replaced on BMW due to oil leaking into coolant. They replaced it an less than a week after i took it to bmw dealer for a different repair an after that repair they did there normal free inspection an saw that there was silicone all around the oil housing an that my oil is brown again due to oil leaking from gasket. First off the gasket DOES NOT need silicone it flatens out an seals as u torque everything down to spec. Then after this i take it back to speedy brakes an they say its not leaking an that it just needs another coolant flush so they flush it again an i take it home. I bought a new car so the bmw was basically park for 6 months. I start driving it again an take it to get a oil change an guess what i find out when i get my free inspection again. Theres oil in my coolant again so they pretty much never fixed the leak an most likely the silicone that wasnt need is the reason it didn’t seal properly. They didn’t do anything to remedy the problem an are saying its out of warranty when it never truly got fixed in the first place. I wouldn’t recommend u get anything from here but brakes. Paid $800 for nothing

Very nice people, but they fixed something on my car then it broke again within a week. I took it back and they said they couldn't fix it.
