Same day installation of suredrive tires, and the ride is much better.

Was traveling through and had my truck break down, the guys at the 21st Street and fairlawn store were great. Really helpful, and made sure I was taking care of. Highly recommend.

This location has not been able to staff here in YEARS! DO NOT GO THERE! I would pay more to go somewhere else. I made an appointment on Wednesday for Saturday. I was told they didn’t approve it because they were busy on Friday but I was lucky and they will squeeze me in. Terrible location

The team on 21st st took extra time to get my alignment right, where other shops gave up and told me I need to pay for new parts. Really appreciate the hard and dedicated work they did!

Need 4 tires on a jeep Cherokee. Wrnt in at 930am they had a 2pm appointment and done by 245
They where able to squeeze me in over a weekend when my car had thrown an oil check code. Turns out I didn't need one as the oil was fine. (Newer car so wasn't prevy to these things lol use to old cars) was super nice and also explained how carvanas "coupons" actually work. And to be honest they aren't worth it. Was very kind sweet and understanding. Younger gentleman for the 21st and Fairlawn store. Highly recommend that location as the other was not great at time management or appointments
I called to see what it would cost to replace 6 spark plugs and the drive belt on a 17 Impala. They told me the plugs were 30 dollars each. That it would cost 1300 to replace these parts. I found the plugs for 7 each and the OEM plugs at that. Cant be gouging people for automotive maintenance. Dealership wanted 1280. Nope. I will do it myself.

Not impressed with my experience, even though I scheduled an appointment for a basic service (just an oil change) I ended up being there over an hour & a half. Then they had someone else’s profile information in my account (and the guy sure seemed like he was blaming me for that, never had that address or first name affiliated with myself). Definitely not coming back, price was high too.
No stars sadly Had a bad experience Took it for a car problem recently And had to leave the car at firestone at Topeka 21st street They left out the car outside parked and was vandalized someone broke the passenger window They didn't want to claim responsibility for the event Never again
