Horrible service and their staff doesnt even know the Ford service increments, even though they are a Ford service center. Had special for $29.95 oil change on my 2022 vehicle and made appointment ahead of time. Took close to an hour and a half to do service, then they charged way more than the advertised special and had various claims as to why this was the case. They also put down it was due for next service at 1/2 the manufacturer guidelines on a hybrid vehicle, which is crazy being a Ford brand service and it was a Ford manufacturer guideline. Clearly the staff has no regards for customers times, isnt 100% truthful on advertising costs, and staff doesnt know the manufacturer recommendations for the vehicles they service. Will not be bringing any of my vehicles into this brand for any service, parts, or sales again since clearly the Laird Noller brand doesnt care about its customers and simply is taking advantage of them for more money. Follow up: After over a month and a half, still no contact from Service Manager about their false statements regarding FORD guidelines on a brand new vehicle and this dealerships suggestions for service to maintain warranty. They either clearly do not now Ford products and guidelines...or they are ignoring them and giving customers false information in order to get unnecessary services and fees out of customers. Either way, it spells bad news for customers and everyone should avoid this dealership network if this is their business model and acceptable behavior of their staff.

As far as advertising, all of our ads have disclaimers that are clear and laid out, we do our best to be upfront and honest. We are very sorry that it took longer than expected, that should have been better communicated to you, and the maintenance timeline given was unsatisfactory. The manufacturer guidelines are guidelines, there may have been a reason why it was recommended for sooner. If that is the case, we should have communicated that to you, that is our fault, and we apologize for the lack of communication. The manufacturer doesn't take into account all factors. Never again will I go to Ford!!. This place didn't fix my van and and said I needed a new engine....gave me a crazy price of 11k and to top it off charged me $400 so they can put it in the back lot for 2 days......just insane. Sooo I took it to another place they fixed for 300....new engine.....yeah right....I'm contacting the BBB on this one for fraud in process.......keep clear of this place...omg!!!
