Unfortunately, we arrived mid afternoon but they were not able to help fix a tire as a walk in customer. There was only one guy working. The employee was very polite and told us we could come back tomorrow. We know it's not his fault, just more staffing issues everyone is dealing with nowadays. My suggestion would be to call first before driving over there.
So so so many issues. they are down to 1 mechanic- I think they keep him based on having no one else , not because he knows what he is doing. I had a tire installation scheduled for 4pm I arrived 15 minutes early, they finally started at 5pm one hour after my appointment was scheduled. New tires seem like the most basic thing to do but somehow the mechanic managed to break parts on my car doing it. The manager didn't know how the computer system worked. I actually checked to make sure I had a new tire on my car when I left.
They are absolutely horribly understaffed. They only had two guys to do tires, batteries and oil changes, as well as deal with the customers. Walmart should not have their oil and tire change center open if they do not have enough staff. Importantly, Walmart is showing a complete disregard for their employees by running them as hard as they are. They're having two guys do the job of what needs to be an entire team of people. Seriously, go somewhere else.
I bought Two new tires and got an oil change in a timely manner. Good work
Waited an hour for a tire repair only for them to say they couldn't fix it
Cross threaded and rounded off oil plug and the manager said they would take care of it and he’d give me a call when he knew how to fix it, never called so I went to the store and talked to him again about it and they still never replaced it. Do not take your car here even for an oil change!
Just bought new tires and an oil change. Rude when we dropped the SUV off. Almost encouraging us not to leave it. “It’s going to take several hours”. When we picked it up, very rude. Said very little and not even a thank you, nothing then I had to ask for my key. Once I got to my SUV it was parked outside unlocked. Not ok. Terrible and rude!!! I cant even give them a 1 star but I could post without a rating
