Go in the morning, fast and efficient. 7am opening

Get there right when they open! They get super busy fast! Then it’s a five hour wait before you know it.

Went in for an oil change and was told they weren’t doing them today. If all you do is oil changes and tires then why wouldn’t I be able to get an oil change?

0/5 as 1/5 implies they actually did work. While one of the attendants was polite to an old lady who was yelling at him, kudos to him, the inefficient manner in which the garage operates is atrocious. At one point I almost had to walk around the entire store as the staff would not be bothered to open the door to the garage so I could leave. Today, after a 45 minute wait, I was told no tire work was being done. Any decent person should be able to look at the situation and see people waiting with their car parked in the tire lane, know we aren't doing tire work today and let them know, hey we aren't going to be able to do that today; rather than look at the situation as to say, welp not my problem and continue on without a care.

Got a flat, called in on short notice and they squeezed me in and fixed me up properly for a super reasonable price. Will call again when I need service.

Went for my 1st oil change of the year and the service is wonderful. Will definitely be back again.
