GREAT customer service. Austin was so nice and kind. Took great care of me. The front desk help was so quick to help me get my tire issue resolved. Will have me back on the road in the morning. Thank you all so much for the best customer service!

Our experience with Oades was good. They were thorough in their review and explanation of what was needed. They got the parts quickly and notified me of any changes. Alex worked on my car and got it running again. Brad helped me understand my repair options and offered a fair price.

Good fair price for an alternator change. They didn’t try to make up anything else that would need fixing. Great communication over the phone as well.

I had a dented a rim and bought a new on on my own with the hopes they could remove my tire from the old wheel and put it on the new rim. No other shop wanted to mess with it but they were willing to try. While the tire was shot and I ended up needing to buy a new tire, they were able to cut me a deal and it only cost about $20 more than the original quote for reusing the old tire. They were even able to salvage the old rim so I could eventually use it for a full size spare. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and honest. I never felt like I was being sold to, they just told me what I needed and what it would. It’s a family run business and based on this initial visit, I’ll be back and I’ll be telling my friends as well. Shout out to Jesse for all his help walking me through the whole ordeal.

The people treated me so good and were so helpful. I was from out of town and they got me in as fast as they could even though they were super busy.
