Fantastic People. Honest and trustworthy. I slid into a curb during the snow storm and lost air pressure in my tire. I went to three other nearby places who said they couldn’t help that day (it was midafternoon and I understand why they couldn’t help) before finding Oades. They were busy but they said they could take a look. 20 minutes later they said I was good to go. No charge! The valve stem was a bit loose. Only took them a couple minutes to find and fix. Amazing service and very trustworthy. I will absolutely give them a look the next time I need auto repair or tires.

My car broke down 30 minutes from home and AAA towed me here. The fact that they checked me in right before closing for Christmas and that they fixed it the next business day extremely fast for a decent price, it's safe to say this will be my go-to place if I have vehicle issues in Overland Park. 6 out of 5 stars.

The lady at the front counter was pleasant. However the service after that was not. We were told to bring in our car for evaluation and they would let us know what needs to be done. After the ride home, we waited to hear from them for hours. We finally had to call them and was told the repair would involve extensive work, which included dropping the bumper. We were not given a ride back to the location to pick up the car and had to take a taxi to retrieve the car. After taking it to another facility, the repair that was needed came down to a simple clamp on a hose. We were frustrated and disappointed with the disregard of our time and the unnecessary repair quoted by the facility. We will not be returning.

Getting work done on your car is never a joy (almost as bad as going to the dentist) but Oades brothers always makes it an easy experience. I have been bringing my car here for the past couple of years and have always been more than satisfied with the services that have been provided. They always give me an honest opinion on what should be done and what can wait. The work has always been completed faster than expected. Great service. Honest advice. After getting a nail in my tire, I took my car to another business, but was told they couldn’t fix it and pressured me into buying 4 new tires. I felt like I was being taken advantage of, so I called Oades and they got me right in. They were able to patch the tire and educate me on where I stood on the life of my tires. Definitely made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.

They were straight up with what needed to be done with my vehicle. Everything went smooth. Will likely return.

They were very good. But sometimes the customers coming to the place might be hungry and maybe they wouldn't be having time to eat by. So when they are at the lobby to wait, have some coffee or a little bit of snacks to eat so that they can quench their hunger. Apart from that, the service is really good.

I believe his name was James at the front desk he was a rockstar!!! He made the whole process simple I came in with aftermarket wheels for my dodge charger unfortunately they didn’t fit because of wheel offset but James told me solutions which was amazing and definitely learned many things today. Once spacers ship to my house I’ll definitely come back and know who to choose to install them! Thank you very much james and your team of techs aswell
