I'd planned on doing the work myself due to a very high quote I received from a dealer. Joe took the time to explain to me why that particular job was better left to a professional. In the end, fewer parts were needed for the initial job, I tacked on two additional jobs, and still saved about $300 from the dealer quote. I think I finally have a neighborhood mechanic again! Based on the number of vehicles in his lot, though, everyone in the neighborhood already trusts Quest with their auto work!

If you're looking for an auto shop that is knowledgeable, has fair pricing, and won't try to take advantage of you or pressure you into extra services, I highly recommend Quest! I recently had a few services done on my car, and Joe did a great job explaining what needed to be done and the technical reasoning behind it. The prices were reasonable and they did their due diligence to make sure everything was running smoothly and in good order. As a woman getting auto repairs, I typically worry that I'll be taken advantage of or won't be taken seriously. That was absolutely not the case. I was treated with all the same respect and consideration as I would expect they treat their other clients. I felt completely at ease during the whole process and was very confident in their expertise and capabilities. I also loved that while I while I was there, Zach and Dan brought me out to the shop to show me what they were looking at and explained what they needed to do. It's obvious they truly take pride in what they do and want to include you in the process. Everyone there was great! I have a couple outstanding items that I'm already planning on coming back for in the future. Found my new go-to auto shop!

Did a good job repairing muffler. Completely failed at a simple oil change. Filter appeared unchanged and was crushed.

This establishment is known for its honesty. Joe and Zach assisted me with servicing my son's 2014 Audi Q7, including new front brakes, an oil change, and new spark plugs and tune-up. They were able to accommodate us during my son's spring break when time was limited. Joe gave me heads up on what to keep an eye on while this vehicle ages. Thank you, guys! I will definitely recommend you and return in the future!

Very friendly and great place to go if you need your car worked on

I’ve been taking my vehicles to Quest for years. I’ve referred dozens of others to them and all of us have had an excellent experience. I have always found them to be honest, trustworthy, thorough, and skilled. Outstanding customer service. The only down side is that it can take a while to get scheduled, because they are in so much demand from their huge following of loyal satisfied customers! Joe and Zach are great and the world would be a better place if more businesses were run like they run Quest!

Brought in my '14 RAM for an aftermarket exhaust install. Because I have headers, I needed a custom installl and these guys nailed it. Very clean, professional work, looks great and sounds incredible! Joe was great to work with and runs a great shop, I highly recommend them.
