Awesome place! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lobby was very clean. They got me in same day for an alignment and didn’t try to upsell any other parts. Hard to find an honest place nowadays and they are great! Will definitely be back in the future!

I've been going to the Metcalf and 119th location for a number of years and have been very satisfied with the work done and their helpfulness. Last week was my first visit to the Metcalf and 76th location. It proved to be just as reliable and helpful.

These guys were super cool, very nice and extremely helpful. They helped me understand everything that was wrong with my car, how serious the issues were, and helped me decide whether to buy my new car or not. Highly recommend their services and staff

I'm very impressed and will be going back in the future. Very reasonably priced and fast! The only issue I had was that they said I needed an oil change when I didn't. It could have been an honest mistake, and they could have said more was wrong with my vehicle, but they didn't. I appreciate that more than I can say.

I went there 3 times to get my alignment done. 3 times in the same week. First time I went they said it’s good and I drove off with it and it wasn’t fixed at all I didn’t have time to get it fixed that same day and said I’ll come tomorrow, which I did and the second day they tell me my passenger side tire rod needs to be replaced and the manager in the back told me “ yeah when you can get that fixed we can do the alignment for you” I said ok not knowing they are suppose to just fix that as well with alignment. This is the messed up part. Anyway third time I call them and say can you guys just fix the tire rod issue with the alignment and they said yes. Like what?! And they charged me 196$ labour on it and I had to bring the tire rod part. The part by the way was 28$. I go in and I TELL THEM IF THERE IS ANYTHING ELSE WRONG WITH THE FRONT SUSPENSION CAN YOU PLEASE LET ME KNOW I HAVE BEEN HEARING A LOT OF NOISES and the guy at the counter said “ yeah we’ll look into it for you” well they didn’t look because it was 2 pieces of nuts and bolts I needed at the bottom as a piece was hanging loose. The guy who sits in the back on the chair is no good. Arrogant and careless. I’m never coming back here again.

Nov 25, 2023Hello Humza, we apologize you had to bring your vehicle back into us multiple times for your alignment and still had issues following your departure. We strive to repair cars the first time in. Unfortunately, when the vehicle came to us we were told new front end parts had been installed and that you wanted an alignment. The new front end parts were necessary because the vehicle previously hit a curb on the passenger front while drifting. On the first visit, knowing front end parts had been replaced, we aligned the vehicle without inspecting the front end. We should have inspected the front end, and for that we apologize. When you brought it in the second time, we inspected the front end and found the outer tie rod had play, requiring the replacement of the passenger front outer tie rod-which is an additional expense to the alignment. We installed your passenger front outer tie rod and aligned the vehicle again. We're not sure what you're referring to with regards to the nuts and bolts and a part hanging loose. Regardless, we regret that you came in multiple times for the same issue and we regret you had a less than great experience.
Have been doing business with these guys since their previous owner. Always seem honest and fairly priced. They took a listen to my car yesterday for no charge. Turned out the noise was just from low oil and coolant. They got me in for an oil change right away. Good price on tires, but they do have to order them and the tires usually arrive same day or next for install. Love Oades Brothers and will continue to give them my business for years to come!

Oades Brother has become the place I'll be having do my car services. Recommend all to give them a try and support a Local business instead of the large corporation so support the local businesses. This from another local business, VALVOLINE in Mission.

Oades was amazing! The staff was super friendly and they were able to fix my issue timely and correctly! They were able to meet my timeline and get me in and out! Thanks so much! We’ll definitely be taking out cars here again!
