Cameron, thank you for your kind words regarding our workmanship. Regarding your note on integrity, integrity is one of our 5 core values and we take it very seriously. Unfortunately, our industry has a bit of a preconception of deception, and we strive every day to be the exception to that preconception. Regarding your specific issue at hand, damage to your passenger front fender behind your tire area, you claimed this damage wasn't present prior to bringing your vehicle in for your water pump to be replaced. You made the claim that our rack or something else damaged your vehicle. When we met in person we checked out the damage in question and could see your passenger front fender well around your tire had been pushed back at some point with most of the damage coming on the lower portion behind the tire. There were two buckle points from the damage, one showing rust which couldn't occur one day later. Additionally, where the passenger front door opens past the fender, paint had been worn off due to touching the fender when opening the door signifying the fender had been pushed back for a while to cause the paint to rub off. Further, there was another dent on the top of the fender you'd said was present before and paint missing from the front side of the passenger side wheel well - all indicative of a previous issue. Lastly, to replace the water pump on your vehicle we did not have to lift your vehicle nor even set the lift, I showed this to you on video. After watching the two hours of footage of your vehicle in the shop, at no point is there any sort of impact done to any portion of your vehicle aside from our technician working in the engine bay to remove and replace your water pump. Instances similar to this is what motivated us to put cameras in every single bay and around our buildings at each location, to help our customers understand our attention to detail. I believe that you believe your vehicle wasn't damaged prior to coming in for repair; however, as shown with video of the entire time the vehicle was in our care, your vehicle's damage was not caused by our shop. Please advise if we can further assist in this matter.
