Friendly people you can trust. They warranty most of their work. Prices seem reasonable. But it takes forever to get your car done. 1 day turns into 4-5...thus the reason for only 3 stars. We dropped off my car on Friday, wasn't done until Tuesday. Overall a decent place if you have the time to leave your car with them a while.

The one thing we can all agree on: car trouble is the worst! Christian Brothers made my car repair easy. From scheduling online to their friendly service and honest pricing, the entire process was very smooth. While I hope to not have another car repair for a long time, I definitely know who I will be calling.

They offer fair pricing (and significantly lower than dealers), fast quality work/parts, friendly and knowledgeable staff plus fresh chocolate chip cookies. And Brian is an attentive, effective and accessible owner.

I have been using CBA for a couple of years now. I appreciate everyone's honesty and genuine kindness. Auto shops can be daunting but not CBA. I feel like my questions /concerns are addressed in a timely manner. In addition, I don't mind waiting on my car when I get my oil changed. Their waiting area is nice and comfy. I would recommend using them.

My pastor recommended Christian Brothers Automotive after bringing my car to 4 different mechanics including the Kia dealership who was unwilling to diagnose beyond checking for a code (which did not show up, along with no check engine light). After weeks of no solution, hopping from one mechanic to another, and signs that my car was performing worse, I was pretty discouraged. However, from the very first phone conversation with Christian Brothers I was met with exceptional customer service, a friendly demeanor and an inquisitive interaction that made me feel as though this place actually cared about helping to find a solution to my problem. I walked in and witnessed a guest finishing up her transaction and I could tell that she was so pleased with their services. From that point on, I was convinced that I was at the right place. Both reps at the desk were friendly and created a comfortable atmosphere while I explained my car issues. The diagnostic that I received via text was so incredibly detailed and was organized by priority of repair. Not once did I feel like I was being sold something that I didn’t need. Most importantly, they found the issue! My car was finished days earlier than expected (parts had to be ordered but they arrived quickly) and so that was a pleasant surprise. Once repairs were completed and I turned the corner to drive away, I felt like I had a brand new car. I went from feeling like I was driving through sludge to flying (safely) down the street, light as a feather! And my gas mileage is back to normal. My relief and joy was palpable! I cannot recommend these guys enough. Matter of fact, a friend of mine will be dropping her car off there in the coming days. These guys are an ethical option for those who do not know the field of mechanical repair. I know this as I am myself a life long mechanic who has aged to a point I prefer not to perform many of the repairs I used to do for myself. I know they are ethical as I have watched with a close eye and they do the right thing. This is almost a lost behavior today. They also observed the appointment time as set and started the work almost immediately which is not common anymore. Folks, if you are at the mercy of a lack of automotive repair expertise, this is the place to go for fair and honest work. That's my $.02!
