Great service and communication ! Thanks
Very disappointed with their quality of planning. I scheduled an alignment 1 week prior on my F-250 Superduty and after a day I get an email confirmation that they accepted it and I was scheduled in. I scheduled it for a Sunday at 9am. When I got there they told me that the technician that does the work on Superduty alignments doesn’t work on Sunday and that they aren’t able to do it. The lady at the front desk said she saw my appointment come and up realized they didn’t have the right technician on hand and that she should’ve called, but she didn’t call me at all. They opened at 8am and between 8-9 I never got any notification that the work can’t be done until I got there. She blamed it on whoever approved the appointment in the first place, but she said she realized the mistake and never took action until I got there ready to drop off my truck. I do not plan on coming back because that really irritated me.

Refused me service after I told them I had only enough for 2 tires but they wanted me to get 4 tires.

Brought in the vehicle the first time to take care of overheating issues and other engine problems plus routine maintenance. Tech assured me everything was taken care of but driving less than a mile down the road, overheating issue is still present so I turn around and drop it back off. Afterward they state that there is a crack in the radiator so they change that out plus thermostat and new hoses. Drive out of the parking lot again and the same issue happens not even a mile down the road so again, I turn around and head back. Asked Josh why techs are not driving the vehicle afterward to ensure issues are corrected. Didn't give a definitive answer but left the vehicle again to have them figure out the issue. 3rd times the charm hopefully and waiting to hear back on what they discover. Not too happy about it. Will update survey rating depending on how they perform.

I understand that you don't work on transmission but when I paid over $100 for diagnostic and you didn't even inflate my tires that had a low level light on and when i asked if my battery was on and you responded ya it is fine but after just a couple days you had to jump start it when i picked it up... not good service at all.

Firestone Service Centers are very professional and staffed by good people. We like their early opening hours and even open on Sunday.
dont go here if you dont know anything about cars they will try to charge you 400 to replace your $10 sparkplugs. I am not even joking lol. buy a deep socket wrench and etc, google how to do it.
