Great customer experience would recommend
Like every place with a mechanic, they're great at what they do, they would be better if you would stop pushing parts that I did not need. I would be a more frequent customer if they didn't miraculously find 1000s of dollars in problems every time I come just to get an oil change, but right now this is about the equivalent of going to the dentist.

Bad customer service. The person who served me told me that I didn't need to fix an issue with my car and when I called other auto stores about the issue they told me it was something I needed to fix. Won't come back.

I was SO pleased with my experience here!! I had an unexpected flat tire and they were the only place fairly close to my home that would work me in on the same day to fix it!! AND they were so kind about it!! Everyone I dealt with there was very nice. I had a couple other issues they took care of for me also as well as another that they actually explained how I could take care of partially on my own and save a LOT of money. How many auto places does THAT?!?!? They were awesome. I'll be doing business with them again! I highly recommend them!!

I haven't been to this location in quite a while. Previous manager, Curtis, was not honest. Current manager, Josh, is a great asset to this store. Car repair is typically expensive so it's good to see someone who actually treats people fairly. Thanks Josh and sales associate, Jim.
I don't usually leave reviews but my most recent experience with Firestone was a poor one. We have used this shop for years for tires and basics. They stated the do AC repair. After 4 visits and a new compressor I was told that what I really needed was an evaporator core and Firestone doesn't do that work. So now I have a brand new compressor and no air and have to take to a shop that does full work on ACs. The frustration is being told definitively that the compressor would fix the AC and that turned out to not be a true statement. Communication was disappointing and no offer to assist in resolution of my original AC not working.
