dont go here if you dont know anything about cars they will try to charge you 400 to replace your $10 sparkplugs. I am not even joking lol. buy a deep socket wrench and etc, google how to do it.

If there was an option to give negative stars I absolutely would. I took my car to this firestone because of an issue I experienced on the right side of my vehicle. They advised me to fix both sides when there wasn't an issue on the left side. I told them to fix the right side. I picked up my car and was having the same issue as when I dropped it off. I let the manager Josh know. He told me they fixed the left side instead because that's what they decided to do (without consulting me. When really what happened is they fixed the left side in error). He was basically letting me know that regardless of what the customer requests and pays for, the mechanics here do what they want to your car at your expense. Josh was very unapologetic about it and offered no resolve. I called customer service and was supposed to receive a call from the Area Manager Douglas A. It's been 3 weeks of calling customer service and I have not received a call yet. I ended up taking my car to another Firestone where they let me know that the problem was NOT what I was previously told at this Firestone. The Shawnee Firestone fixed the problem on the RIGHT side. Now I have paid for 2 separate repairs! 1 of which, I did NOT need. Bottom line don't take your car here, because when they overcharge you or fix what they want, they'll take your money and send you out the door with your car still un-repaired. And, the corporate office will not support you or follow through with they're "2 Day Promise". I've been waiting 3 weeks for someone to call me back. My file number has been escalated to the highest level and still no response.
