The new maintenance Brian is amazing help he has been quick with helping every issue I have had. He has went above and beyond to make sure everything is being done as quick as possible. He makes things happen. I truly appreciate him and his help.

Andrea very amazing taking her time to help me fill out my application on top of everything I needed and worked with my work schedule to get these things done to move in. She is a very honest and caring person she deserves a raise!!!!!

I have been a resident at Prospect Ridge Apartments in West Point since March 2023. I really enjoy my residency up here and i have noticed a definite improvement in the maintenance department recently. Brian and his current staff are cordial and prompt at getting things done after receiving a request. Thank you for the upgrade in that area.

This Creekside Village Apartments is the best Apartment Complex in Lincoln Nebraska!!! Andrea Gray is the best property manager and Mark is the head of the maintenance team! If something is a issue they come right away and handle the issue! There is a 22 dollar application fee for a background and credit check but honestly that was the best 22 dollars I have ever spent!! All utilities are included in the rent! What a blessing and the best environment in Apartment Living I've ever experienced in my life!! I highly recommend Primsites and Creekside Village apartments to any and everybody!! Here in Lincoln, Nebraska! Primsites is in charge of alot apartments in Nebraska with alot of locations! I recommend Primsites! Hand down they are the best!
