I am happy to be a part of the Primesite family. Maintenance man Mark is a great n hardworking man, very courteous n polite. I love staying here at Gatehouse Rows n the management team are very good at texting us information. Mark is the type of maintenance guy I would I love working on anything that needs fixing. Always showed up within 24 hours to repair everything and was very flexible with scheduling.

I am brand new to the PrimeSites community and have yet to move into my new apartment two days from now. Based on my preliminary experience, I want to give a shout-out to Sean, the property manager, and especially to Marc Brouse, the maintenance director. I have neurological and immune conditions that cause me to react in very sensitive ways to my environment. Sean has been nothing but supportive in allowing me the time I need to view units and test for allergens. This week and today, Marc has responded to maintenance requests immediately and taken care to clarify my amateur misunderstanding about how moisture and water work in buildings. He has now left me with his cell phone number in addition to the portal-based maintenance request platform. I am very happy with my decision to move to Antelope Towers and look forward to spending the next eight years there.

I have to say the maintenance is amazing here. Anytime we have had an issue, Mark comes right away. He is such a kind and thorough guy! Never left us hanging and does his job with care and diligence. Thanks Mark, for being such a great guy!

I have lived here almost a month. All seem to be kind and friendly. Still learning names and pet names. :) Love the space of the 2 bdrm. I am the eldest one living here (77 yrs young) and so enjoy watching the little ones who live here playing. I am home and plan on living here a long time as long as the property is properly kept up. First time in about 30 yrs that I have really felt at home. :)

I love the new upgrades and repairs we're getting to the apartments. Also Martha always is willing to help me with any issues I have.

I want to do a shoutout to our new property manager, Martha! She has done more work in the last 6 months than I ever recieved in the last 4 years that I have lived here. Her personality is outgoing and fun. I really appreciate what she has done for this property.
