I have the best maintenance guys ever Courteous friendly and on the spot to fix any needs I may have. With a knowledgeable experience of apartment maintenance. I appreciate mark with his experience and ability to meet my needs on what I need. Even last summer when I was laid up with a foot in a cast and could not walk for 3 months he would poke his head around once in a while to see if everything was okay. Mark doesn't only take care of the apartment needs but he cares about the attendance that he serves.

Marc Brouse is amazing! I am very impressed with how quickly he has fulfilled our maintenance requests. Our a.c. was out when we first moved in, and he brought over several fans and a portable a.c. unit to keep us comfortable until the electricians were able to come the next day. He truly cares about his tenants and it shows! Marc is awesome!

Gatehouse rows has horrible management. Never answers calls Or inquiries. Bad sign for a landlord.
