Do not deal with this group. I have twice had bad dealings with them. The last they broke a contract and would not give us our Full earnest money back. Called us dishonest and would not allow documentation we wanted to give them. All one week before the closing after we did all the work requested from the whole house inspection. Jordan Poole is not very professional so beware any dealings with him and Keller Williams. Refused to meet with us and yelled at me and my contractor for something that was to their benefit.
Karalyn Hoefer is the designated broker for Keller Williams in Lincoln and does not state that in her obviously biased review of her own brokerage. As a new agent i find this unethical and unprofessional and misleading people new to lincoln who dont know anybody to trust. Karalyn needs to delete her review and address the issues in the other disturbing reviews of her brokerage. The omaha location doesnt have these issues. They also dont answer the phone or return calls and emails to new agents looking for a brokerage between the hours of 7am to 4pm. I dont trust them to respond to clients in a reasonable professional time.

Jean Tinsworth of KW Lincoln, RI wished death upon my child and family. She insults the education of those whose opinions vary from hers. I cannot support a person or a company that condones the type of hateful and violent words that comes from Jean Tinsworth.
