We had such an amazing experience working with Charlie. We never thought we would be homeowners but Charlie was on the ball, if we wanted to look at ten houses in a day he would definitely make it happen. Anytime we had a question he was back with an answer within the hour. We will definitely be calling Charlie if and when we decide to buy again!
Charlie was outstanding to work with! He did an amazing job in helping us to secure our first home in a tough market! He is very fast and responsive. He always made himself available for us. We were able to get in to see properties quick in this very fast market. Charlie is very knowledgeable in the offer writing process and explained everything very well so we understood the entire process. He was able to come up with different tips and tricks to write up the most attractive offer which got us our first home! I would recommend Charlie to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!
